This site, djgq.com ("the site"), is the official website of DJ GQ Worldwide. This policy explains what personal information the site collects, why, and the services that process it. The short version: the site collects personal information only when you send a booking inquiry, sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and never sells your information.

Information you send us

The booking form on the Book DJ GQ page asks for your name, email address, phone number, event date, event type, event location, budget range, and a message. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and manage the resulting booking conversation.

How your inquiry travels

• Cloudflare hosts the site and runs the booking form's bot check (Turnstile), which verifies that a submission came from a person.
• Resend delivers your inquiry as an email to our booking inbox.
• Google Workspace hosts the booking mailbox where your inquiry is received and answered.

These providers process your information only to perform those functions. No information is sold or shared for marketing purposes.

Information collected automatically

The site itself runs no analytics and sets no tracking cookies. Cloudflare, as the hosting provider, processes IP addresses transiently as part of serving the site and protecting it from abuse. Embedded music and video players from Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube load only after you choose to enable them — see the Cookie Policy for details.

Retention

Booking inquiries are retained in the booking mailbox for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and keep normal business records of engagements.

Your choices and rights

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by writing to booking@djgq.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law (for example the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA in California); we honor such requests regardless of where you are located.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
